• Update Service

To assist firms in keeping abreast of regulatory matters, we provide a subscription-based update service that comprises:

• Monthly regulatory ‘round-up’ which includes a consolidated summary of FCA and HMRC pension-related updates issued in the previous month;
• Ad-hoc regulatory updates that cover Sipp specific matters in more depth, with the usual format being to identify and summarise the regulatory matter, what firms need to do and how to do it.
• Occasional staff briefings which are more educative in their nature, comprising either a PowerPoint presentation (with presenter notes) to allow the firm to deliver the presentation at a team meeting, or a PDF of the presentation to allow distribution to the firm’s personnel for them to read themselves. Briefings may cover regulatory developments or technical changes to pension rules and are issued where substantial changes occur.
