Dealing with technical matters can be time-consuming and sometimes it helps to obtain a second opinion.

Within our firm we have excellent technical expertise so are often able to input to technical queries and challenges faced by pension administrators. As with the regulatory support this can be provided on a one-off or regular basis.

Examples of where we can provide technical support to pension scheme operators include:

  • Helping with specific one-off technical queries whether it be taxable property, drawdown or the myriad of technical issues faced by pension scheme operators;
  • Reviewing or writing technical articles; and,
  • Checking technical aspects of processes and procedures.

Technical support is provided to firms through a technical ‘help-desk’ facility either on a retainer or time-cost basis.
